(tones sounding) - Hi, and welcome back. Today we covered the training timetable, and practiced job instruction. Now you probably discovered that while the JI method is simple, it also requires practice and preparation. Well, don't worry, no one's expected to be perfect. There were likely quite a few opportunities for improvement from today's demonstrations, and that's okay. The demonstrations are intended to be learning experiences. Tomorrow's session, we'll start with a brief review of the Job Instruction method, followed by about an hour of JI practice demonstrations. Go ahead and create a sample Training Timetable on a sheet of paper to share with the rest of your group tomorrow. Include your ideas on how and when you'll implement this in your workplace, and like you did today, have a completed Job Breakdown ready and be prepared to cover each point from the How to Instruct side of the How to Instruct card.
