(tones sounding) - Hi, and welcome back. It's time once again to practice your JI skills. As we prepare for more training examples, let's quickly review the points from the How to Instruct Card. Step one, prepare the learner. Step two is present the operation. Step three, try out performance. And step four is follow up. Be sure to take a few minutes to read the finer points on the card as you prepare your demonstration. Also, use the card as you practice, it's perfectly fine to read the card as you're instructing. Think of it as a checklist, to make sure nothing is forgotten. All right, at this point, the demonstration should include a completed Job Breakdown. So quickly review your Breakdown before starting the demonstration. Make sure you have of the parts, tools and materials needed for the operation.
