(bright music) - Welcome to day five, the final day of Job Instruction. We'll start today's session with practice demonstrations and finish with a module on rolling out JI in your organization. Now, today's practice demonstration should be closely observed, and any significant mistakes should be pointed out by a facilitator or your teammates as they occur. Practicing with your group for 90 minutes will keep well within the allotted two hours scheduled for today. Also, do your best to make sure everyone in your group has had ample opportunity to complete a demonstration and receive feedback. All right, let's get started with the demonstrations.
