Preventing sales burnout

- So now that we've looked at overcoming sales burnout, let's have a think about preventing it so we don't find ourselves in that position again. Now, the process of preventing the burnout is similar to the work we did to get out of it in the first place, but with more longevity ingrained it into our plan. First things first, we need to continue to have time to ourselves. We need to make plans to take regular breaks. It's easy to get caught up in chasing our goals, but we need to remember that without rest we'll never reach them. We will most likely fall in the opposite direction as we looked at a moment ago. So booking your holidays and stick to them. Make sure you do a proper handover to your colleagues. You tell your customers that you're going to be away, but your position is being covered by that colleague and you turn on your out of office.
