- The ability to problem solve is one of the most highly sought-after skills. Teams that need to solve complex problems can warm up to this task by using ice breakers. There are dozens you can use, but several specifically focus on problem solving, and these are the most useful. For this first one, you'll divide your group into small teams, and give everyone the same supplies. Provide everyone a handful of marshmallows, 15 to 20 sticks of spaghetti noodles, and a rubber band.
