(upbeat music) - Hi there, welcome back. All right, in this final month, we're going to discuss the last step of the Hoshin Process, focused on reflection and organizational learning. Most specifically, by the end of this module, you'll understand what the concepts of yokoten and hansei are, and how they apply to the Hoshin Planning Process. And we'll check in one last time with the Treetop team 12 months after they started their Hoshin Planning Process to see what they learned throughout the process. All right, well let's get started. Well one of the most important aspects of the Hoshin Planning Process is to learn from both successes and failures. You see, once a countermeasure has proven to work, it's critical to share it throughout the organization.
