Finally, we'll end the session with a brief review and prep for day five. Alright, let's review the four get-ready points. Can you recall all four? They are have a timetable, break down the job, have everything ready, and have the workplace properly arranged. Here's a quick review of each point. First, the training timetable is a simple visual management tool to help us plan JI training for a specific department or area. It helps us answer three questions. Who will be trained? On what skill?
