- Have you ever heard people discussing whether a candidate would be a good culture fit during the interview process? Not only is culture fit my least favorite phrase, but it's based on a biased view of what a professional candidate should look, act or sound like to be successful at a company. If you really want to remove bias from your hiring process, it's time that you address your expectations and biases towards the candidates personality and how they speak. First, if you think about the overall format of your interview processes, it's likely designed entirely for extroverts.
