- In the sales profession, we're accustomed to facing obstacles, overcoming objections, and remaining positive, even when a sale may take longer than expected to close. Most of us have battled through major market shifts, slumping financial conditions, and even corporate reorganizations. However, the impact of the pandemic we've been through has had a greater effect than any other situation we've ever encountered. No doubt about it, it's been tough, and how we prospect, present, and work with buyers will never be the same again. As we move forward, it'll be essential that we improve and enhance all of our sales skills, and step up to be better prepared than ever before.
