- [Narrator] P is people. I mean, you could be so much more productive if it weren't for all these people, right? You have to really talk with the people in your family so that they understand, "Hey, this is work, I'm working. I'm not at home. I mean, yes, we have more flexibility, I think, and certainly if we have young children, who are being homeschooled and things like that, we have very different constraints that we're dealing with. But by and large, we have to set limits with the people in our lives. I personally don't want to be back in my office working at night. Now, maybe other people like it that way, they like being able to blur the boundaries, and they would rather have some personal time with a loved one in the middle of the day, and then do some work at night.
