- [Interviewer] I'd love it if perhaps you could share your favorite in terms of this results emerged from mindfulness practice. Yeah, whatever studies your favorite, that has a big number that you find exciting. - [Interviewee] The one that I'm most excited about is not necessarily a single study in particular, but it's actually the work of a neuroscientist who's a professor at University of Wisconsin named Richard Davidson. And he's been doing this work for a long, long time. There seems to be a very sound and replicated evidence for the fact that we can actually change traits with mindfulness, specifically traits like kindness and compassion. And this isn't like a flashy number or something that's sounds super sexy, but I'd like you to think about this for a second. There are a lot of things you can do to change your state, right?
