- Have you ever had a team member that was a problem? That just didn't seem to quite get it? I mean, you're here working hard, trying to manage for results and they just don't quite get it. You know the one. They're in your head right now, right? Well, would you like to know how to fix them? I can help, but I've got to start by telling you my belief. That is that 99% of people want to do good work in 99% of the time. And that's the way it goes. People are trying to do good work, but the question is, do they know what's expected? And I'm not asking if you've told them, I'm not asking if they should know, I'm not asking if, does everybody else on the team know? I'm asking, do they know?
