- One of the biggest benefits to being a manager is that you and your team are going to be able to accomplish much more than you were able to accomplish as an individual. But in order to make progress towards these bigger wins, you're going to need to work with your team to set and track good goals. You'll need to work with your team and individual team members to set goals with them. You'll also need to set good goals for yourself. There's a lot of great courses on LinkedIn Learning about how to set goals. So today we're just going to look at some of the basics of goal setting, just to get you started.
