Setting intentions
- Setting intentions is an incredibly important process for yourself, which is actually paramount to the vision-writing process. Setting intentions for how you show up in business is incredibly important for people to understand your role and the impact, and so we are very very clear. We set the intention, for example, that clients trust and believe we are the number one driver of their business growth. This does not mean that day one, that we are the number one driver of business growth for every one of our five million plus clients. For many clients, we are in fact their number one driver of their business growth. For some, we may be a small component, but that intention of what we're trying to do and that guiding light that also clients trust and believe we are their number one driver of business growth has been essential.
