- If this is the first time you're creating a work from home policy, chances are you're not going to get it right. And that's okay, because what this empowers you to do is to get better, and you do that by listening to the people who the policy is going to impact. And you want to create what's called a feedback loop. So let's think about the employees for a second. They're going to have questions, so you've got to figure out who can they send their questions to, and how should that information be delivered so it can become organized so you can listen to it down the road? From a manager's perspective, they need to figure out how they're going to gather that feedback and organize it so it's organized in a meaningful way. And how are they going to analyze it down the road so they can make changes? And there becomes some questions of how you gather that feedback.
