(dramatic music) - Hi, and welcome back. Today we reviewed the JI method, practice job instruction, and discussed special problems that you might face as an instructor. It's good to remember that the reasons for developing your instructing skills is to help your associates be successful in their work and prevent problems from coming up in the future. Supervisors, after all, get things done through other people. So the better you are at helping your associates do their jobs well, the better they'll be at preventing problems that you'll have to deal with. When it comes to skills training, what we say or demonstrate during our instruction doesn't matter. What does matter is what sticks in the learner's mind when the training is finished.
