(upbeat music) - Hi there, and welcome back. In this module, we're going to address a few special problems that may arise from time to time. Specifically, we're going to explore how you might approach the job instruction process when dealing with long operations, noisy workplaces, and how to dispel the notion that teaching feels mysterious or difficult. Okay, let's begin with a long operation that may take three hours or three days to complete. In these situations, the trainer may wonder if they should simply create one long job breakdown and slowly work their way through it. As it turns out, this isn't going to be the best solution. Instead, the best way to deal with long operations is to break them up into phases, or doses as the original TWI documentation reads.
