- If your team has been together for awhile, they probably think they know each pretty well. But that doesn't mean they always feel personally connected. With all our focus on work and tasks and deadlines, they may lose their social, emotional connection. So here's some ice breakers you can use with teams that already know each other well. The goal is to remind your team of their emotional bond while taking a much needed moment to relax and have some fun. First, try your own mystery game. Have everyone write down something interesting about themselves on a note card. Maybe something they've done, a unique talent or interest that they haven't yet shared with the team. Shuffle the cards and have each person draw one and read it aloud. The team has to guess who it is. And it's up to the person who wrote the note to try to put them off track.
