- If we're going to start talking about how we're going to do a hybrid workforce, shouldn't we really start with the work itself? There's some things we need to think about about the work itself before we can make this decision. And the first is, what does our future look like? Is the business going to change? Are our talent needs going to change? How big is our organization going to become? All of those things play a role in this thinking about the future. And probably a senior leaders, you're the ones in the best position to think about this. But the other questions I have for you are not just for you. The next one is, how much collaboration do we want or need? We need to ask the people that are doing the work how it's been going. You need to think about, have you gotten the level of collaboration that you want and need but how do people feel about it? Are you getting their input? Do you know how they are thinking?…
