- We have entered into unprecedented times. That much is clear. And no one has the roadmap for how to navigate our new reality. But one thing remains true. Crisis has a way of hitting us in the most inopportune times. In order to navigate this crisis successfully as an organization, it's really important to understand how to transform chaos in the ways we've discussed. But how do you stay the course when a crisis hits? This is a very hard thing to do. It's the equivalent of keeping a steady hand on the steering wheel while being hit with a boulder out of nowhere. It can be done. To maintain clarity and purpose during times of crisis is to return to your organization's mission and values. It starts with asking yourself how this event has either changed your mission and values or how it's calling your organization based on your mission and values to rise to the occasion and do more than you've done in the past.
