Strategic direction

- Good leaders know how to set and execute strategic direction. As a level one or two leader you'll largely be executing the strategic direction set by those above you in the organization, but levels three to five require you to set more and more of the strategic vision and goals of your area, function, and even organization. When you're executing other strategy use the following tips to keep you abreast of shifting dynamics. Frequently review all of your organization's publicity materials, like the website and press releases.
