Taking one last look
- After you make a decision, you must implement it. But before you dive in, I encourage you to consider a few questions. These are questions that take us back to the start of the course and back to the start of the decision-making process. This double-check will serve as a deep breath and a confirmation of your decision. Here are those questions. First, does the decision meet the criteria we set out at the start? I mean, in short, let's make sure that the decision, when we implement it, will address the most important reasons for the decision in the first place. I mean, sometimes the decision-making conversations lead us to a favored solution or it might deviate us from the original goals. You've been there, right? We started out talking about this.
