- [Women] Everyone processes things differently. So personally I'm an external processor. So I'm happy to process in conversation with you and just brainstorm, that's the way I work. A wonderful woman on my team, she's an internal processor. So I can't ask her a question and expect an answer. I should, I'm a better leader if I say to her "Listen," I'll give you an example. I recently asked her what sort of coach she would want us to invest in for her. I asked her and she rightly came back to me and said. "Thank you for asking me, "I'm going to take a couple of days to think about it." Because she doesn't have that information front of mind because it's come out of the blue. And it's completely fine for her to take some time to think about it because I would prefer a considered answer.
