- All right, so we're here, we're back here with Felipe. Felipe, I've been walking around and I've noticed that you have lots of kanban bins and cards and andon lights and different things like that. So, I was wondering if you could just maybe explain what's going on with all that. - Sure, sure, yeah. So, what we've done here is we've implemented these kanban systems throughout our factory floor, and each value stream has a kanban. So throughout the different operations there's going to be an incoming kanban for each operation. So every time we have work coming from the upstream process to a downstream process, we have a kanban. So the way we manage these kanbans is, we have come up with the max number of boxes that can fit here, so this can vary. So we have made this very practical to our business need.
