- When you're trying to scale your start-up, there can be so many things to do that you get overwhelmed. So you have to break it down and prioritize the things that you're going to focus on first, but ultimately, you have to experiment to find out what's going to work. So get your team together and brainstorm some ways to make your current acquisition scale with confluence and viral loops. Now don't let your bias block the things you experiment with here. If you hate Facebook advertising, it doesn't mean that your ideal client does, so put everything on the table. Look at all of the new channels that are out there and start thinking about where are ways that we could create viral loops in these channels. Now, you're really just hypothesizing. You might come up with 10 or 12 ideas. Brainstorm, get them all out there. And then, just start thinking. What seems like the best bet? What could we actually pull off the quickest? Prioritize in that nature. And then you want to start testing…
