- Collecting survey data has become easy. There are a ton of tools out there that can help you get this job done for free or at a very low price. Google Forms is both free and easy to use. With Google Forms, you can select from various different types of questions including multiple choice, short answer and a rating scale. The survey data can then be exported to Google Sheets where you can do your analysis. Qualtrics is a platform that helps collect consumer data. This is a paid software, but it provides a much more robust solution than Google Forms. They provide guidance on how to track customer experience in detail. Some of my marketing agency clients have used this platform to collect data. Another form of collecting feedback is simply embedding a product review section on your website.
