- If you're working on a critical project, it's pretty common for stakeholders to ask your team members how things are going. This is good, people are invested in the outcome of your project. Scrum addresses these challenges, by posting information radiators. An information radiator is anything that you post on walls or team sites, that help everyone understand what you're doing and how it's going. These can take as many unique forms as needed for your environment and project. I've seen teams visibly post the vision for their project, the team norms, their teams definition of done. Their roadmaps and the release plan. At a minimum, teams post their task board and their burndown chart. So, let's talk about those in a bit more detail.
