- Something's got to give I thought, adjusting my earbuds and logging into the umpteenth Zoom call of the morning. Change is hard, work challenges were up, my normal routine was upended, I could feel stress squeezing the muscles on my neck and shoulders, and even into my upper back. I didn't have my office space, or multiple screens, or a standing desk, boundaries between my family time and my work were extra blurry.
