So when I think about your ability to transmit vision, so that others really see it, really feel it, really get it, few things come to mind, okay? The first is about the person, not the message that they're spinning, and what I mean by that is a great message can be lost on an audience, if they don't know, understand, and basically like the person. So, you have to focus on what it means to be a relatable, if not likeable, decent person that others will kind of be okay with listening to. I think of a couple things immediately in that regard.
