- [Interviewer] Well, Ron, tell me, anything else you want to make sure to mention? - [Ron] I think one of the most powerful models that I learned from another mentor, actually, it's a husband and wife team, Steve and Jill Morris, they taught me something called the triangle of choice. They said everybody has perceptions and our perceptions are different. Everybody has wants. That's really what drives us to get up out of bed each day and go to work. And everybody has behaviors, and people will choose the behaviors that they think will best help them close the gap between their perceptions of the way things are and what they want. And if I can respect that and everybody that I work with, if I can take the time to understand what their perceptions are, and help them make sure that they're accurate, what their wants are, and have a conversation about whether or not those wants are realistic, then together we can work on…
