- We've spoken so far about the richness that diversity brings into your sales landscape, the opportunity. Let's turn now to look at how you can actually take advantage of the opportunity. To do this, we'll first focus on how you can be the best you can be, which in our case means the most open-minded and quickest learner among your peers. Understanding diversity begins with understanding yourself because ultimately you'll see that incorporating diversity in your sales practice should be part of your regular routine and not a one-off special or requiring any particular effort. It's all about building relationships. Let's first do a quick introspection exercise once you've watched this video. Now take a piece of paper and a pen, and set a timer for 10 minutes.
