- If your hiring process has not been recently evaluated or updated, it could be outdated. And hinder your efforts to attract the best talent. Often companies spent thousands of dollars on sophisticated recruiting technologies, search engine optimization and advertising only to lose the best talent because of inconsistency and delays in their hiring process.
