- One of the most overlooked aspects of those in leadership positions is managing your team's energy and emotions especially during one-on-one meetings. So, let's talk about ways that you can leverage your position of power in order to foster that sense of belonging during one-on-one meetings. One is to help others interpret your expressions. So when you're in a leadership position, your expressions are no longer your own. Those around you will be reading your reactions to get a temperature of how well things are going.
