- Now I mentioned when we were talking about the yellow person, the enthusiast. That sometimes facts can be really powerful. And I think it's the same with the green person, with the amiable. Because quite often they live in a world of feelings and they're in denial about the facts. So if you were able to say to them, "Did you know, that because of this particular problem it's cost us X amount of money?" Or "Did you know, that 17% of our customers are unhappy about this particular thing?" They'll say "Really, is it that many?" "Oh, I didn't realize that." So sometimes putting in some facts can be quite powerful. But I think as well as using some facts and some emotions. And it's important not to put too much pressure on green people. We're not trying to do a push type of influence here. Of "Come on, look at the facts, you've got to do this." It should be very much pool of, "Did you know, that quite a lot of people…
