- [Instructor] Another option is a website squeeze page. So, use an easy to type URL and make sure to have spaces to capture all the important information and you can add the seller's contact information to a CRM to follow up. So, those are three different options that are available to you and this is one of the easiest areas of direct mail to automate and you should be looking to outsource this from the very beginning, especially for those of you that are working full time jobs and you're just not able to take the calls during the daytime and I also want to make sure you're familiar with the seller call and lead sheet, whether you're taking the calls yourself or having somebody else do it for you. It's really important to understand the information that's on that sheet and how to get that from a seller.
