- Now we've had many pivots since then. We've had pivots around visual messaging, and that is one of the reasons why we purchased Instagram and we saw how important people's expression through visual imagery was versus written word. We like say a picture is worth a thousand words, but visual communications are also borderless. You don't need to understand a specific language. And so visual communications was really taking on as technology spread. We saw another major pivot with video, where consumers have always loved the video format, and that has really pushed us to move much faster than we had earlier around building out our own video platform like Watch in the United States and having video assets that would be readily available for our consumers to enjoy. And we've had a major shift in messaging.
