- Some of the ways that I think about showing up and being more vulnerable to my teams, I do a number of things. So first, I actually share my bi-annual review with everyone at Facebook. So when we get our reviews which are twice a year, I will get things that I'm doing well and things that I need to work on and I share that very publicly in the spirit of trying to say to everybody there's lots of things that I need to work on. And I also want people to hold me accountable for working on those things. And what's interesting is I travel around to the different markets, I have teams of people from Facebook that will ask me how I am doing on certain things that were in my review. So they definitely hold me accountable to that. Another way I share my vulnerability is I have a Facebook group which is called Caroline's Weekly Top three.
