- In this section, we're going to look at red people, also known as controllers. So these are the people who are outgoing and they make their decisions based on facts. Quite often, bosses and entrepreneurs can be red people, but of course, you can meet red people in all walks of life. And you're going to know, as soon as you meet a red person. And in some ways they can be quite difficult to influence because they're strong-minded. So the question is, how are we going to persuade a red person to do something that we want them to do? Let's look at that in this section.
