- When you're trying to lobby for more work flexibility in your job, it's really important for you to know the business case for it. What is the employer going to think about your work flexibility? Is it going to be seen as an accommodation or is it going to be seen as a strategic business plan? My goal is to help you understand the strategic business side of work flexibility. So let's start with this.
