What is different about remote projects?

- If you've recently found yourself working on a remote project, it may feel like you've been working a little bit harder to get things done. You're right, it is more challenging working on a remote project. For starters, you and your team are going to have to establish new ways of working, especially if you're usually in the same location. As a project manager, you have to spend more time establishing how you'll communicate and how you'll build rapport with your virtual team.
