What is saving face?
- [Man] When it comes to saving face, the three things that we're going to talk about first of all, what does this mean? Because for the majority of people, they don't know what this means. And then for those who do, they just scratch the surface. And so just getting a great operational definition and some examples would be helpful. So then we're going to shift into when saving face comes into play in negotiation, and then we're going to wrap up by talking about how we can help the other side to save face as we advance our strategies and utilize various tactics during the negotiation.
