- Managers, leaders, they want to succeed. They want to make good decisions and they want to have the ability to make those good decisions quickly, so when it comes to measuring performance, they all seem to have the same question. What are the most important metrics in business? Perhaps, that's the question you want answered? Forgive me, I'm going to go on a little rant here.
