- Let's move on to negotiations in particular. Let's just make that full transition. So when we're having that negotiation from beginning to end, where are the places where you're seeing face have the most impact? - In my opinion, I would say the two places that face would have the most impact, although definitely it's present throughout the negotiation, is really in the beginning, and you see alot, there's where you see a lot of positive face work. There needs to be a little bit of rapport building. There needs to be a little bit of connection, a little bit of trust building. If now we're going to work together and deal with some of the more difficult challenges or get into the kind of conflict stage of the negotiation, so successful negotiators are definitely good at leveraging positive faith to kind of facilitate it and set the tone and set the groundwork for what's about to come later on because later on, there's going to…
