Who are your role models?
- Last year, I saw the movie "Mister Rogers' Neighborhood" and was blown away by the compassion and lack of ego displayed by Mister Rogers, who was played by Tom Hanks in the film. Since seeing the movie, I've noticed myself wondering what would Mister Rogers do, in times where I felt some impatience or frustration. Mister Rogers has become a new role model for me. Each of us has encountered people in our lives who inspired us to think in new ways or become better people. These role models help shape our values and leadership point of view. So let's go through a simple process to identify some of your role models and what you've learned from them to inform your leadership journey. We'll be creating an image that looks like the one you see here.
