Why building rapport is powerful

Why building rapport is powerful

- Why do you think this is so powerful? - My dad used to have a say, I picked up a lot of things working with my dad over the years but I noticed when I would go into sales calls with my dad people would just love to see him. And so one day I was talking to my dad and he said do you know why people buy from me? Then I said why? And he said, because they like me. And from anybody else that would seem like such a self-aggrandizing thing to say but it was absolutely true. The reason why people bought from my dad was because they like him. I don't know if you've ever been in a purchasing situation.
