Think about back to around 2000 when the internet became crucial to business and the first millennials entered the workforce. The possibilities of how and where work got done has started to change. Well, the workforce is changing yet again as Generation Z starts to enter the workforce. And I wants you to be prepared to adapt to the new normal. As a career HR professional, I've seen a huge shift from the desire for stuff to the desire for experiences, rather than stuff. Employees are vocal about their need for clear purpose, flexibility, collaboration and meaningful connections. And a changing workforce isn't always an inside job. It can be drastically affected by external events.
