Win with clarity
- It is hard, well, maybe it's impossible to get great results without a clear picture of success. The point of this session is clarity wins and it does for three important reasons. First, clarity allows us to focus. When we have a clear picture of where we're going, we can focus on it, it allows us to do that. Clarity creates momentum. Once we're focused, we make a little progress, then we can make a little more progress and voila we have momentum, and we're moving toward the desired results. And, lastly, clarity is like a magnet. There are so many things in our lives and in our worlds that are unclear and uncertain that when we find something that we know exactly where we're headed it's like a magnet and we're drawn toward it. And once we know what the desired results are it's easier to move towards them, of course. Here's how you can create clarity on the outcome and give everyone a common definition of success.…
