(whooshing) - So as we move out of planning and into execution, this board comes into play. We call this our Work Authorization Board, Ron. This is taking from the Plan, which is the customer authorizing Menlo to do work, to the Work Authorization Board, which is authorizing specific people to do work. So we go from, what is Menlo going to do, to say, if we were paired together, what are you and I going to do? And again, we're trying to remove that ambiguity that leads to chaos. Each one of these swimlanes, top to bottom, represents two people who are assigned to work together for the week. This is Jack and Sumah. This is Ian and David. This is Ted and Nate, and on down the line. So everybody understands they were assigned to this project. They have a particular pairing. So not only is Ted and Nate were assigned to this project, but they were assigned to work together. And this is their swimlane for the week.…
