(upbeat music) - Taking training and giving yourself education to get better at conflict is very helpful, but it's not the only thing. In fact, I often tell people that until you expand your capacity for conflict, you're still going to struggle. And what that means is that, you have to learn how to manage and deal with and accept the negative feelings that come up when conflict arises. There's always an inner conflict first and we have to deal with that before we're able to resolve conflict. Once I booked a speaking engagement, I offered the second one at no fee. The first one which went great, had great feedback.
