(upbeat music) - I was working with several colleagues and there were some behaviors that were really making me uncomfortable, but I didn't want to rock the boat so I'm going to call a couple of the people Kenneth and Kathy. They constantly raised their voices, argued with each other, interrupted, there was a real battle going on. Looking back I wish I would've said, "Hey this is really disrupting, "our mission and our purpose here," but I didn't, I let it go on, everyone else was feeling the same, and Kenneth also sort of nit picked at me. He was sarcastic, he made of my Southern accent, he constantly said sarcastic things and I tried a lot of different things. I tried going along with it, I tried joking and I could never really tell whether he was making fun of me or if it was a joke, and so it was eating at me and then one night, we were out for dinner and the female that he had the problem with was not with…
